These Terms govern your use of PartVista (the "Service"), provided by PartVista("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
PartVista lets you search industrial part numbers and view aggregated price, stock, and lead-time data from third-party suppliers. The data is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always confirm details on the supplier's own site before purchasing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Termsand our Refund Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
