PartVista offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and are not charged again.
