PartVista offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.netand look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at feedback@partvistaapp.com with your order details and we will assist.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and are not charged again.
